Serenity Farm Bread makes many different kinds of sourdough bread, including Country French, European Rye, Whole Wheat, Walnut Raisin, Whole Spelt, and Light Wheat with toasted sesame seeds. Flat rounds of focaccia bread are available, also. Try the Garlic-Herb or Tomato-Olive Focaccia! And for the sweet tooth, try Serenity Farm Bread's famous fruit-filled loaves. Some are filled with apples, walnuts, raisins and honey. Or you might prefer the fig almond loaf. You never know what special treat will meet your arrival. The MenuIn the foreground, we have a whole Fig-Almond loaf with some slices of Fig-Almond to its right (sorry, fig loaf has been discontinued). The Apple-Walnut-Raisin loaf (partly depicted upper left) is larger. In the center we have a standard round loaf (Whole Wheat in this instance, but our Country French, Light Wheat, and Spelt are also like this. Rye tends to be smaller and denser). The Walnut-Raisin bread is slightly smaller than our other rounds, and is pictured top center. On the left we have a Tomato-Olive Focaccia. The other focaccias (not pictured) are the same size. You see a piece of a Baguette right center. Baguettes are about the diameter of a woman's forearm and a couple feet or so long. Batards (not pictured) are shorter and fatter. Dimensions are variable, the weight is constant.

People who are somewhat sensitive to wheat may find that spelt agrees with them better. This bread has a delicious taste. It costs more because the flour is very expensive.WHOLE WHEAT BANANA-NUT BREAD: fresh bananas, organic whole wheat pastry flour, pecans, dates, maple syrup, filtered water, canola oil, organic unbleached white flour, organic lemon juice, vanilla extract, unrefined sea salt, and baking soda (only a tiny bit of soda is added to augment the sourdough leavening).
